I absolutely loved photographing this tiny little bundle, Baby Harlow! She was three weeks old at her newborn shoot. This would usually be considered ‘older’ for a newborn because as they pass the two week stage, babies become more alert and less sleepy. However Harlow was born two weeks early. This means her adjusted age was just one week old. Baby harlow was super sleepy and just 6lbs!
Before the session I spoke with her parents and they advised me that they would like soft pink and white tones for her newborn photoshoot. I created some gorgeous set up’s which she posed in beautifully. We also captured some stunning family portraits with Mummy and Daddy too. I always try to encourage parents to have family portraits taken during the session. I know it is a time whereby you feel exhausted, and the last thing you feel like doing is getting behind the camera. However, it is so important to exist in your family albums. These images that you are investing in will be passed down to your children. They will want to look back and see precious images of the whole family.
